      misogynist, old minded management in a disorganized structure. A good first stepping stone, but that's it.

      Pros

      - the colleagues you'll come across are all lovely people, the problems are at the C levels. - offices are generally nice and modern, but nothing mindblowing. Do not expect anything fancy, but basic needs are met. - No clear career path, or progression, although things are slowly changing.

      Cons

      - The management and the C levels. - You'll be seen and treated according to how much revenue your team brings in (no one is obviously going to admit it, but you'll soon feel it on your own skin) - Different rules apply to different locations, so a lot depends on where you are actually based

      They don't respect women. They don't want to work with women. They are a male dominated organisation.
