Pros
I didn't really experience any Pro's while working for SMHS.
Cons
Supervisors are not supportive, they bully you and if you can think for yourself, your in trouble. Supervisors will question your every decision, rarely provide any feedback or support and will fire you for any reason. They'll also make you drive your own car, and if a client soils your seats, good luck trying to get them to pay for it. SHMS will provide you with barely enough training and then just throw you on the schedule with minimal supervision or support. The support team, supervisors and administration have their favorites and if your not one of them, you might as well quit. They aren't concerned with helping the clients to move forward with their lives, they are just concerned with keeping them were they are at, and collecting money from them. If you are looking to advance your career, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
