HR is not here to build culture but to damage it. Their role seems focused on control, not people development. The same toxic environment they create will eventually drive them out as well.
Finance is one of the most incomplete and unaccountable departments — full of interference, eager to take credit but never own responsibility.
The company is full of favoritism and relatives; personal connections matter more than capability.
The sweeter someone speaks, the more political and manipulative they usually are.
Between 2021 and 2025, seven department heads left Supply Chain. One was humiliated to the point of resignation, four left within 15 days (some absconded), and two were terminated unfairly — one even while still active in the system and replaced overnight. This shows the extreme instability and mismanagement within the organization.
Job security simply doesn’t exist — performance or loyalty makes no difference. The environment is driven by fear and politics rather than merit or professionalism.
Meetings with the MD are largely unproductive and time-wasting, with no constructive outcomes.
The overall culture is poor — hardworking and honest employees are ignored, while those skilled in politics are favored. Effort and results are rarely recognized.
HR policies are highly biased — rules change from person to person and department to department. Salary deductions are unfair, increments are negligible, and promotions almost nonexistent.
There is no empowerment — all decisions are centralized. Even managers or HODs have no authority to act independently.
The work environment lacks professionalism at every level and promotes fear-based compliance over collaboration.
Before joining, be aware that the actual scope of work is very different from what is presented. Initially, you may feel empowered, but the moment you start implementing improvements, every small mistake — even if not yours — will be held against you.
In reality, operational focus is limited to basic tasks like depot housekeeping and dispatch timing.
Finance and HR hold undue influence over business decisions, with Finance constantly interfering in operations and HR using pressure tactics to control attrition rather than build systems.
Overall, it’s a high-stress, politically charged, and insecure environment with no long-term stability.
