      NO OFFER LETTER NO APPOINTMENT LETTER very very poor higher management over freedom to some employee and they always misuse that partiality with employee dont know meaning of quality work and always bad exp of clients Hire Low salary employee shifting between teams without knowing their skills and efficiency they can put a non graduate in management team who dont even know how to talk
