Pros

Financially stable company, good office environment

Cons

Limited Technical Knowledge and limited domains, strict office timings. Company policies keep changing depending on the individual. More like a school.

Pros

1. No overtime, office closes at 6 .30 PM. 2. Great View from the building. 3. Great quality of products being built. 4. Pin drop silence on the tech floor, great place for introverts! 5. International Trips only for "Internal Employees".

Cons

1. Dictatorship, the CEO/Founder thinks highly of his own opinions ONLY. 2. The CEO claims to be HR himself and he is a difficult person to have a conversation with because of his "Know It All" nature. 3. No set policies, they can change overnight. 4. No growth. No career trajectory. 5. The CEO will shove you down the whole team's throat if you are "yes-man" or have a React Nano-degree for some weird reason. You will see Redmath employees glorifying their JAVA certifications and React Nano degrees (some also distribute sweets on successful completion) just to get in the eyes of their line managers or the CEO himself for a good raise or a promotion :) 5. Sometimes you get a "back to school" feeling with CEO being the headmaster, there had been policies for not using your cellphone/ social media on the floor. 6. For some reason wearing round necks is a problem here, you gotta dress up like a banker. 7. No team building activities, No trips. 8. They will hire contractors and sell them the idea of being an "internal employee" at Redmath eventually like it's Google or something. At the same time they will pay those contractors less, they will NOT send their contractors to international trips (despite the fact how good they are) and have the audacity to claim that they treat every employee equally. Don't get trapped in this dogma if you are hired as a contractor already. 9. They have pretty incompetent line managers, if you are working there its pretty okay that your line managers will note your arrival timings.

Pros

Developing Enterprise grade solutions for international clients Best Java, Python and Web development company working on latest and greatest Always care about its Employees health Pays salary in advance, PF, 13-months bonus, company cars, No late working hours or working over the weekend. Very good salaries and work ethics. All employees and colleagues are wonderful persons. Extreme emphasis on continuous learning and research. Makes ordinary engineers top engineers. Loyalty and Integrity are at its best.

Cons

Not a place for Average or Below Average individuals. Good is not enough. You have to be very good to survive in pool of top engineers. Freelancing is not allowed along with the employment.
