Pros
The company is very open with its workers and treat the staff like family. Employees are encouraged to be creative, entrepreneural and innovative in their work approach. The freedom to be creative is a very good plus. The new employee induction where you sing a song to the team is always a key highlight of welcoming new team members.
Cons
The CEO told us all to address him by his name, not sir, boss etc. I think that brought about too much familiarity. Maybe he needs to be a little bit more strict.
