Pros
Projects are sometimes mediocre but they have a few great projects as well. People are amazing, talented and enthusiastic.
Cons
Salaries are rather in the low, especially that work hours for production are over the moon, and management doesn't feel that burning out people really badly is an issue overall. It would be a great place to work at but not with the price of sacrificing your personal life.
