      Pros

      If you have a chance to get into the great team, you're lucky.

      Cons

      Benefits here are not as good as other agencies. They're having very very very high KPI, with less benefits. It's hard as hell to achieve the KPI, if you do not get KPI, you will not get the 13th month salary.
