Pros
The people were friendly and management helpful, very flexible if you have an audition or acting job to attend provided you give evidence.
Cons
Like in most sales jobs, you have targets to meet and if you don't hit the mark unfortunately they have to let you go. This is fair enough though, you are aware of that when you start the job. Also as you know, telesales is what it is, so expect that.
