Poor leadership/inexperienced leadership. Zero opportunity for career growth because of a lack of positions within the company, and no educational or professional development benefits. No professional development on company time, no resources, no experienced guidance, no internal education initiatives, no allowance for courses or conferences. Poor remote culture (even though it is an almost fully remote company). Remote employees are penalized for remaining remote by being excluded from meetings and decision-making opportunities. Remote employees are also excluded from team-building events and receive fewer perks (catered lunches and socials). The rate of pay for technical positions is well below average.
