- No job security - They can fire you without notice. It happened with many talented employees! - No leave policy - They want to keep things flexible but end up asking you to put your papers when you take leave without any prior warning. Saturdays are off but the management might make it working as per the business requirement... for 2 months with no Comp Offs nor any additional pay. - Additional benefit component in the CTC is not additional at all! You will have to claim it every month. Moreover, when you leave the company, the balance amount will not be credited along with your Full n Final settlement. - You will be preferred in an interview if you belong to a certain community. - You might find a lot of people discussing work in their local language while you are also a part of that work. - Poor appraisal and no prior discussion. You might be asked to put papers right before appraisal time. - Simply agreeing, talking loudly from one corner to the other, walking up to coworkers for small work that might be discussed over chat are few things that might get you noticed here ;) Else, you are a non performer! - HR is weak.
