      Lost its identity when absorbed by Cognizant

      Now just a division of Cognizant Management out of touch / waiting for their buy-out options to mature so they can leave Deteriorating margins and financial performance Re-branding as Cognizant just a matter of time

      Interesting work, poor work culture

      Pros

      The work being done at ReD is very interesting, and some of it is methodologically rigorous, although there is an element of tokenistic social science research here. I found the colleagues I was working alongside to be the best part of the job as they attract very motivated and curious individuals.

      Cons

      The work culture in the CPH office was sometimes quite toxic, and this reflects not only my experience but that of colleagues I had at the time who remained after I left. Management are very focused on the aesthetic of the company, but don't take properly care of their junior staff in terms of development and pastoral care– most junior staff move to Denmark for the job. It was at the time a very white male dominated space, in which being the loudest and most charasimatic was what mattered. I found it challenging as a woman to feel I was being taken seriously, especially around the partners.

      Great colleagues, very engaged and caring. I loved the breadth and depth of projects and especially now that I'm in a different environment I realize how much I've learned as a business strategist.
