Benefits have become essentially meaningless. There's no more free lunch, and the medical benefits, which were supposed to be pay-and-claim, are difficult to get reimbursed. Some staff who resigned have yet to receive their pending claims.
The base salary is regularly delayed. There have been delays of at least 1 month for most employees, and some senior staff have had their salary delayed for 2 to 4 months.
EPF, Tax, Socso, and EIS contributions are being deducted from our payslips, but none of the payments are actually being made to the respective agencies. This is a serious red flag for financial security.
The management lacks clear direction. There's inconsistency where on one hand, they express a desire to keep pushing forward and signing new projects, yet on the other hand, they don't pay staff on time and expect employees to remain loyal. The lack of financial stability and communication from management creates frustration.
