      Very collaborative team, with everybody always willing help out each other. Plenty of inspiring people - not least the CMO.

      Cons

      Tricky time, with growth needed but with an eye on budgets too.

      Free coffee, half decent location

      Cons

      Outdated processes, unclear direction from leadership, lack of support from designers, no room for growth, poor communication from management. Felt like an afterthought. Would not recommend.
