Horrible treatment of staff by management, and the constant turnover proves this. No training whatsoever is provided, you are expected to pick up everything as you go along and get howled at when you inevitably make a mistake, which clearly doesn’t work in an industry like this where you need to know what you’re doing in order to do anything right. College students hired just to be bossed around and treated like crap. Manager also routinely was condescending and rude to customers, which was just awkward for staff having to inform that yes that was the manager they were speaking with. If the company had any type of HR they’d be undated with complaints.

The most toxic and abusive work place I've worked. The manager is very abusive and bullies all the staff, specially the non Irish ones. Brings his personal live problem to work and makes the staff take care of his dog (the best thing of that place, to be honest) but put an insane amount of pressure when I was taking care of his dog to finish all the work at the same time... The place was always dirty, toilets were disgusting and sometimes you can't even take a proper break. Can't stress enough how much toxic and abusive the manager is. Salary was good but not worth at all.
