Pros

Work from home Constant schedule, no deviation

Cons

Management has no idea what's going on and is constantly micromanaging and attempting to put new policies and procedures in place to save face. They lie directly to you in meetings and constantly go back on their word. Was told that if we're unhappy it's not their fault and that we need to go elsewhere. If you bring up a complaint or issue you're usually reprimanded because their fragile egos cannot handle it. Minimal training, incredible expectations and standards with no direct way to achieve. Seems like they hire unqualified folks so they can keep pay to a minimum. Absolutely no transparency or honesty with this company. You can be told one thing and get praised for it and then the next day it be an issue. They'll tell you there is constant room for growth, but in reality you can't even make a lateral move. 10 hour work days with no room for changes. I work 4 10 hour shifts a week and it's 10:30 am - 9 pm. Took a work from home job for the flexibility, but have less of a life now that when commuting.

Pros

Remote (virtual) office, paid training, easy work.

Cons

Low pay. Training is very confusing. They have links to many places on a variety of websites that will be very confusing at first. You will be bombarded with a lot of information. Training will be 7 days. There are two assessment tests and one written final exam. If you do not have the "it" factor, whatever that is, then you will not be hired. The good news is you will be compensated for your week of training. They are mostly looking for younger, pretty 20 and 30 somethings they can overwork and underpay. Typical for Corporate America.
