The WORST company I have ever worked for, and the worst job

Pros

There are literally none. There was zero support, and the management lied.

Cons

How long have you got? Exactly the same as the other review left here. I lasted just 3 months at this role before I quit to go elsewhere. I didn't even have a new job to go and I STILL left, it was that bad. Funny to see that they clearly haven't learned as I left the company in 2016, and the other review is from 3 years later!

Pros

Good pay if you can deal with constantly being told everything is your fault (it's not) Commission (only get all of it if you hit unrealistic targets)

Cons

Sell the job as not cold calling in the interview but in reality it is. Young, immature floor managers who do not know how to treat staff professionally. If you don't get sales it's blamed on you for not trying hard enough and saying the right things when in reality it's because they have put you on old data and the people you are calling don't know who you are and have no interest in switching suppliers. Unreachable/unrealistic targets meaning you don't end up getting the commission you are meant too. Unethical business practices/ you are expected to mug off little old ladies into switching their supplier to one that rips them off. You tell them they will pay less when they won't. Constantly tell you you aren't doing enough even if you manage to hit target. Thank less job. Expected to work unpaid overtime every day so the managers can get more bonus on sales. Don't care about the mental health of employees, only care about their pay slips. 'Rewards and prizes' around the office are only given to employees the floor managers are friends with or make them the most money (always the same 4/5 people) Management generally lack any natural sympathy for other human beings. Sales are pure luck 90% of the time. Managers favourite certain staff members and give them the better leads to sales over everyone else. Non-existent work/life balance, prepare to be out of the house for a good 12 hours a day and have all your family and friends complain they haven't seen you in months.
