      Terrible, whiny culture. Two-faced people in leadership roles that don’t care about people whether it’s the employees, tenants, or landlords.

      Bad tratment for remote maintenance coordiantors

      Pros

      They treated me well at first but then, they made all the changes they could and ruined the job for me and the rest of the maintenance coordination crew (except for the new manager of course.)

      Cons

      They were rude to me. They outsource all of their maintenance coordinators, they hired a Mexican directly as a freelance and this freelance worker is abusive with the maintenance coordinators. They basically exploit Mexican workers with the help of a Mexican/American outsource company.
