Pros

Views are okay. Easy to get to from the train. You get "buddied" with someone Your managers will tell you to your face what they really think of you. You might be able to sleep with your co-workers and managers

Cons

Expectation to use your own phone to handle work related calls - contractors contacting at all points of the day (even after i left the business) Ridiculously long hours - no flexibility or time in lieu for the additional hours you're expected to put in. You are penalised for mental health issues. Your managers are quick to give their opinion of you, but when you bring up their own conduct they get on the defensive (clearly if you were not in the wrong you would get on your high horse). If you do not fit in, you are ostracised If you have a buddy, expect your jobs to be taken from you. Whatever personal life you do have, expect it to be talked about and expect it to disappear. A MASSIVE drug fuelled environment Training with WHACK!!! Its a one shoe size fits all environment. Do it their way or do not bother. Hire & Fire culture. Only values people have are in money, drugs and sex - not in people.

Pros

Nice atmosphere most of the time, good place to work as your first office job if you're resilient, some good infrastructure for potential, some decent perks if you're performing well, recognition given, good money for referrals within the company, big improvements made in promotion criteria, supportive admin team in place.

Cons

No days off mentality - e.g. Returning from annual leave means you're guilted to make up for lost time. Employee retention not great: very few long term employees at non management level. Plenty of close minded people at management level, but not the worst. Known for counter offering when people they leave.
