Everything is based on scientologists Employees don't last very long / turnover rate is absurd. Stress work/life balance but you will work lots of overtime. Push scientology and make you sign a contract that they don't push religion but the books are ubiquitous and everything is based on this. Meetings every week are virtually pointless. Stress level is way too high for this company. Management is incompetent. Several of their rules are illegal in California but bring this to their attention because of sales people in California and they will say they're not subject to California law. You will be punished for being too smart. Get over 75% right on their assessment tests and they will say you're overqualified. They will make inappropriate comments if you don't listen to what they like.

Insufficient pay, NO voice, NO appreciation for your efforts, INEFFICIENT management, and they STOLE my commissions - they owe me $260 and I NEVER got it!
