      A good company gone bad under its new management

      Pros

      The technology is good and the firm previously grew quickly to over $77B in assets. The team and culture were very good under the previous CEO and previous management team who did a good job of driving the business and leading with integrity.

      Cons

      The firm's new ownership and management are dishonest and they have not maintained or provided appropriate funding for the business. The new owner has hired a new CEO who hasn't been effective or responsive to the needs of the clients or the team. It is important to note that commitments for payroll and benefits are no longer being honored. Morale is low and clients and employees are disillusioned. A sad situation for a once very-promising business.

      The former CEO's leadership was characterized by poor decision-making and a lack of integrity, which really blocked the company from moving ahead. It should be noted that the current CEO is newly appointed, and this does not apply to them or the current team.
