this company as an employer does not have direction. they don't know what they are doing as an employer. low pay. they will always say competitive salary but they need to know that they are the last in the salary race so if you are an engineer don't go here especially if you are entry level. they think their benefits are all that but not really. they will provide a laptop but you are in a bond, car plan/subsidy is never really subsidised. TBH there are way better companies than this blackhole. leads are all knowing and don't listen to employees. will always have an excuse than employees just have "victim" mindset. there's one there who is a serial mansplainer and a know it all.
