Pros

Coworkers are Cool, they vape in the office.

Cons

I would not recommend working here as a Technical Designer. I was brought on as an unpaid intern with little to no formal training or onboarding, yet I was expected to quickly take on a very heavy workload independently. The company previously did not have a proper technical design structure in place, so much of the work involved rebuilding and redoing existing processes from scratch. I was expected to create around 40 specs per week for womenswear, often based only on screenshots or limited information, which made accuracy and workflow extremely difficult. Management expectations felt unrealistic given the lack of support, resources, and communication provided. Communication from leadership was often unclear, and there was minimal guidance despite the fast-paced demands of the role. While the experience helped me develop resilience and technical skills under pressure, the overall work environment and management approach made it difficult to succeed effectively.

Pros

Fast-paced environment, Exposure to wholesale operations, Hands-on experience, Brand visibility, Opportunity to learn quickly

Cons

The company moves quickly but lacks a consistent structure, especially at the start of the year. There were multiple new hires within a short period of time and noticeable turnover. Onboarding was minimal, and expectations were often unclear, which made it difficult to build confidence or establish a workflow. Despite being hired with the impression that the role was a long-term investment, my position was eliminated after one month due to “budget,” reportedly tied to partnerships falling through. Shortly after, multiple similar roles were posted publicly. Assistants are expected to manage a high volume of work and frequently handle responsibilities beyond the scope of a typical entry-level support role. Additionally, there was a payroll discrepancy that required me to identify and correct the salary amount in order to receive the agreed-upon compensation. High turnover, Disorganized leadership, Limited onboarding, Unclear expectations, Reactive communication, Assistants expected to handle senior-level workload, Budget instability, Payroll errors requiring employee correction, setting
