Pros

(Founder) so biased but there are enough people in the team to have an opinion and say that they are all great and I am really proud of the culture here :). Everyone is working toward the same goal and they are really passionate about what we do!

Cons

We are solving some hard problems - they aren't easy and can be stressful to crack.

Pros

The team is fantastic - all motivated towards a common goal of increasing global recycling rates and all with a piece of the company in their pockets. This makes for the most electric work environment I've encountered to date. Can't beat fun people working for something good

Cons

The technical problem is a hard one and toeing the line between what is needed and what we have resources for can be difficult
