      Lovely people, HR Director was key to running the business as she kept everyone together and motivated.

      Cons

      If you're looking for long term progression, to have a voice and be coached to be the best you then this probably isn't the company for you.

      High staff turnover, Poor Management - Avoid!!

      Convenient at the time. No pros

      Cons

      - Poor management; cannot trust them! - High staff turnover, employs anyone! (uses the phrase ‘Recruitment isn’t for them’ when people leave to cover up real reason...) - Tries to make everyone a ‘berry’ when people are individuals and work best when left alone. All staff feel micro-managed! - Should actually take advice and criticism ‘on-board’ instead of ignoring it, thinking MD knows best, when the staff actually do!

      Thank you for your comment, just had the anonymous staff survey results back and all staff ( 20) say 9 or 10 out of 10 for loving working here. I am sorry you felt like this but comments will be taken on board as they always have been and will continue to do so. Thank you
