      Pros

      They attract you with good salary in a good client.

      Cons

      No backup plan in case the project ends. No effort what so ever for helping you. Tell you to find other opportunities so they don't fire you and pay more. Nobody knows nothing, only like 5-7 people know the answers, no knowledge sharing even for internal business. They try to take YOUR money for YOUR extra hours work. Do not accept extra hours never.

      Pros

      Friendly and laid back. Good for a career start. The company tries to make sure everyone is part of the group, which can be a plus.

      Cons

      Unreliable at best. Considering the outsourcing nature of the tasks relating to the company, every contact is either for an event or a bureaucratic process. And those are always met with unnecessary barriers.
