None, I cannot find anything.
Cons
Micromanaging is just the default, Racism and sexism is the option for operations. You are not being treated like a human being, but just a head count and part of labor.

Flexible working hours and the works are really easy.
Cons
The company is good at fooling you with a lot of big ideas but not many of those ideas are being implemented
