Redware has surprised me. Form working in marketing for over 20 years many companies love to develop their values and culture/mission statements. I became cynical that so many companies claim that they value their employees, yet never actually demonstrate this through their daily working and their company policies and procedures. Redware is the first and only company I can truly say that care about the health, wellbeing and development of each individual within the business and its something that has taken time for me toy get used to.
