Pros
Wicked environment most of the tome. the owners like the staff to have fun at times but also hard work.Most people are on performance based pay and get good bonuses. Everybody is friendly. A lot of staff move up or to different teams. I think most staff would struggle to make the same money anywhere else so i guess pay is above fair.
Cons
All roles are fully office base which suits me but not all.

Office drinks Easy job to do People within the lower ranks of the company are lovely
Cons
Toxic place to work Lack of respect from management Salary is just above minimum wage Commission isn't worth it Your encouraged to get as much money as possible out of your clients (obviously) not always in an ethical way but you are encouraged to get them to sign the documents and then its no longer your fault.
