Never in my life have I seen such an indecisive, unnecessarily stubborn, wanna be know it all and a narcissist founder. Every year a bunch of people join this company with hope and at the end of the season all of them get fired. I have never seen a single person in this company who is keeping well, everyone falls sick every now and then, nobody's mental state is in a right space. You can only survive if you are a ruthless, emotionless dictator. People are staying and working only to get salary till they find another job, no one really sees their future and they shouldn't even! If you have reached till this point then I don't see a reason why you should join this company.

Inexperienced directors, unprofessional staff, misguided information, no employee benefits, no HR policy, women harassment, never ending showoff managers, work like donkey, staff earn good commission by fooling directors.
