      The people are lovely The benefits are good and always improving The Company looks after their staff (financially and from a wellbeing perspective) Parking is paid for Performance related bonus Redx are always looking to improve and like to listen to what the staff have to say

      As it's a biotech, there's always the worry of funding, which can put a bit of pressure on
