      Pros

      They pay pretty well and seem to have two sets of employees - the old timers and the newbies. Not sure how you can run a company like that, but it seems to work for them.

      No communication ~ No Coaching ~ No Career Path counseling ~ One strike & your out....

      Pros

      Flexible schedules, good pay and benefits and easy going. Management cares about the employees. Don't know who wrote any other reviews but considering their inablity to write correctly I'm guessing the information was fraudulent

      Cons

      Lack of wide range of benefits but management is working on that. It's really a great place to work and not stressful!

      Near by my house and it's clean and quiet because it's nice.

      Cons

      No hours, low pay bad attitude not very friendly because they are management and membership bday to the be and you will have to pay
