      Outside of amazing leadership and coworkers, fun team bonding trips, and access to the latest and greatest systems employees are offered unlimited PTO, great healthcare

      The role has given me plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, and I've gained a wealth of experience by contributing to a variety of projects. The team is also extremely helpful, warm, and friendly. Everyone truly cares about the work they are doing.

      Pros

      I am given the opportunity to run my own business like it is mine! I am free to work as hard as I want as long as I show results! I have received encouragement, acknowledgement and accolades! The sky is the limit on earnings and you get what you put in. Refactor Talent is Smaller staffing company that exceeds all others in taking care of their employees. (Contract and Full Time Hires) I am given the tools to succeed in recruiting. I love my team members and we have each other's back. At this point in my career, there is no better place for me.

      Growing pains are hard at times for a new company. We are working through new things every day and getting better all the time.
