      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Company is parsimonious with salary, paid very little for relocation, and is stingy on vacation days even for those that have had many years of experience. Company leaders are not honest with employees and tell you lies to your face while saying the complete opposite behind your back. Definitely a place to avoid!

      Pros

      High quality coworkers create a pleasant working environment. Opportunity to learn a lot about GMP contract manufacturing, and the pharma industry.

      Cons

      Low pay. The owners do not undersand how to grow the company so its treated as a cash cow and year over year revenue is at the mercy of the cyclical nature of the business. Internal organic growth of company is very limited.
