Pros

The people are great - though most have left now

Cons

One of the major issues is the alarming rate of staff turnover. This problem stems from a lack of focus on employee well-being by the leadership team - CEO and CRO. Their approach seems to prioritise monetary incentives over cultivating a positive work environment. Unfortunately, this leaves employees feeling undervalued and makes retention a constant struggle. The company's product development strategy raises concerns, there is a clear bias towards enhancing it as a sales tool rather than creating solutions that genuinely benefit customers. This misalignment between product development and customer needs has a direct impact on client satisfaction and contributes to the high churn rate of customers. Transparency is sorely lacking in this organisation. Post-all-hands meetings, where you'd expect open communication about the company's performance, the CEO consistently shuts down the possibility of employee questions. This lack of transparency fosters a disconnect between leadership and the rest of the company, breeding an atmosphere of uncertainty. Employee dissatisfaction is palpable, largely attributed to a tyrannical CRO who excels in sales but falls short in managing a commercial team. The company culture suffers as a result, with employees feeling unheard and undervalued. This is a SINKING SHIP, its been around for nearly 14 years and still made no significant growth, actually shrunk and is no longer a hot tool on the market.

Pros

The pay and commission are good but everything else is awful

Cons

Be wary of joining this place. The management's out of touch, prioritising sales over the glaring issues with our tech. The CRO has a habit of tearing into people publicly, creating a toxic atmosphere that’s more about intimidation than actual leadership. With half the engineering team let go and the product going downhill, we’re still obsessed with trapping clients in unsatisfying contracts. Seriously, if you care about your sanity and health, think hard before jumping into this mess
