I find no Pros working in JIO as Quality analyst for CAT team

Cons

1 -Worst Quality team managers and management level. 2- No appreciation or awards for your work. 3- Managers uses abusive language being Quality manager. 4- No long leaves approved. 5- HR is not supportive 6- If you resign the company no retention is tried by line manager or HR. working in jio was the worst ever nightmare for me. there are so many cons about working in jio.
