My experience at this company was extremely disappointing due to deep-rooted internal politics and poor management decisions. The work culture is toxic, primarily influenced by two individuals Irtaza and Usman. These two manipulate the environment for their own benefit by spreading misleading information to management, always pushing their own narrative and blocking growth opportunities for others. Irtaza is the main driver of office politics. He pretends to be friendly with everyone, but secretly speaks against them and turns employees against each other. He uses newcomers for his own agenda and creates conflict within teams. Projects like LOKI and Wizz failed mainly due to his sabotage. He intentionally gave unrealistic deadlines to remove a well-performing lead and replaced him with Usman his close ally. Usman, on the other hand, is not only a part of this political game but is also known for being flirtatious and unprofessional with female colleagues. Together, both of them create a biased environment, where only their circle is heard, and deserving employees are ignored or pushed out. There is no job security the company has conducted two layoffs within one year. On top of that, the workload is extremely high, and due to internal politics, the pressure doubles as efficient people are removed, and mismanagement follows.
