You trust the system when building a company — long hours, lower pay, betting on ESOPs. But what if that trust breaks? Buyback at ₹36K while valuation is ₹72K (down from ₹1.04L) raises one question: Are employees getting the full picture — or being nudged to exit cheap? The moment transparency drops, trust cracks. ESOPs should reward ownership, not create confusion. Employees invest more than time — they invest belief. That deserves fairness.
