      Pros

      Very experienced co-workers who help when needed. Instruments work well and getting fixed as soon as possible. Structured work, generally the work is planned weekly.

      Cons

      Intensely busy work, staying overtime with no extra pay. Doing the same thing with different analyte almost everyday. Very slow progress in career compared to smaller companies, you may get stuck by doing the same thing for so long.

      Pros

      Some great people who work hard as a team doing interesting work.

      Cons

      C-Suite is a disgrace, they treat people really badly, make excuses to cover themselves at the expense of others and are quick to blame. This has led to some phenomenal people leaving the business, either because they feel undervalued or because they've been laid off. Really awful.
