Pros
If you are a family member or friend of an executive, you've got it made. You get 20 days a year off plus a dozen holidays. 401k plan is decent if you use it.
Cons
The overall morale is not good. Some recent reviews are strategically placed by a select few. The reviewer who left after 8 years and got her job back actually quit several times over the past 5 or 6 years, and returned this time after losing her last job. Most of the hard workers are not paid their worth or respected. Money and titles are given to a few who threaten to quit to keep them, when they should have had the money and titles long before. There has been a fast revolving door at this company for the past year, and longer. More than 20 staff have left, including some good people who had been there for years.
