      Pros

      Welcoming and all enthusiastic toward you in the being. But you soon learn that it’s all fake.

      Cons

      Leadership has no idea how train new employees, they are inappropriate by talking about other co-workers negatively to you. The leadership teams do not have any care in the world about one of their team members if it means throwing whomever under the bus to avoid being wrong with their boss the CEO. The leadership has no training skills nor management skills.

      Start up company with genius product, sounds exciting, right?

      Cons

      Don't bother. The positive reviews on here are made by 1 person after a negative review is posted. Let's list the cons: 1. No training what so ever. Tiny company with high turnover with finger pointing right away. 2. Abusive/Unethical CEO is is extremely hands on. Has been banned from entire medical systems and is one of the most unpleasant people you will ever work with and you would have to work with her constantly. 3. Do I really have to list more? Are the above 2 not enough? If not, go ahead and apply and you will see with your own eyes.

      Unfortunately I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Well, the fact that no one stays says it all. The company vision sounds great. However, the management is really bad. I feel like no one knows what they are doing. No training, duties and responsibilities are not clear. Plus, the environment is toxic.
