You can developp great organisation skills and initiative, can learn a lot of different management tasks
Cons
Chady towards their employees-illegal-immoral practices (retain 4%, Chady tip-share, not given proper explanations when employees asked to have some, make servers pay for mistakes),, greatest example of crony-ism (high authority friends group), emotion-driven high positions leaders, arrogant coworkers, sh*t pay + ''do as I say, not what I do)
