Pros

The head office is decent and there’s some great experienced people who work there

Cons

Senior team don’t value those who hold the business up. Line managers who have poor people skills Communication is shocking and trust is non existent Employee well-being isn’t taken seriously- they pretend it is but in reality it isn’t The staff are all fearful to speak openly for fear of losing their jobs

Pros

There is a uniform and it's free.

Cons

The pay is so bad. They expect way too much. Working here is dangerous. Even though a warehouse worker was once killed at one of their sites and another site burned to the ground, they still don't take health and safety seriously. Before I quit, I had an accident at their head office site and none of the senior staff would put it in the accident book (I asked 3 different people on 3 different occasions. Before I gave up asking.) Training is no good. You will probably be trained by the person next to you so you will only learn what they know of the job and all of the things they don't get right too. You will not be shown how to do it correctly and will probably end up guessing a lot or being made to feel stupid for asking questions. Managers cover up problems instead of doing anything about them. Don't expect a chance at promotion unless you are in the right clique.
