Very unprofessional CEO. RYU has less than 10 employees, so you will be working closely with him. He loves to micromanage and lowball people, and once you allow him to give you more responsibilities, expect them to become unlimited. He tends to overwork and take advantage of employees and does not know how to properly take care of his team. He also does not handle criticism well and lacks empathy as a leader. In my opinion, the environment becomes mentally and emotionally draining over time. It honestly shows in the company culture and high turnover. Everyone, please save yourself. It’s better to have no work than to work under someone who does not value employees. This is not someone who deserves loyal workers.
