constant strategic shifts from executive leadership an overall distrust of its US based people undertones of sexism overtones of favoritism work from the office mentality even post-covid lack of overall support to do the job you were hired

Pros

Small friendly family company from Munich, nice senior mgmt team in Germany. Large player in German market for email security and broadcast fax. Fun start up in USA and lots of team building events, great friends made here, all dedicated workers.

Cons

Very rigid German mgmt team moved to USA and insist on selling a German product in US and has not worked very well with high prices and out of date products compared to other fax providers. Always promising more money and compensation but always failing and broken promises. Struggle every day with support in Germany and product team in Munich. Clients unhappy about the service and support, very hard to manage client support. Many service outages.
