Pros

The software developers here are highly talented and experienced, and I learned a great deal from working alongside them. While some of the technology stack is a bit outdated, management is actively investing in modernization and genuinely encourages team members who want to drive those changes. I personally had a great experience working at this company. I was encouraged to take ownership and lead initiatives to improve and transform technical processes within the application. The company also invested in my growth by sponsoring fully paid trips to tech conferences in places like Las Vegas and Washington, DC, where I had the opportunity to connect with and learn from experienced developers across the industry. The projects I worked on here played a significant role in opening up new career opportunities for me, and I’m very grateful for that exposure and experience.

Cons

The tech team would benefit from hiring additional engineers and continuing to invest more aggressively in adopting newer technologies and modern development methodologies to support the application’s growth.

Pros

as one other review said, the people that work here are kind and deserve better.

Cons

(pro tip: when looking at these reviews, make sure to filter job type to include contracts and internships because those make up the majority of people that work here) this place is - and i'm not exaggerating - a toxic, exploitative workplace that preys on new grads and early-career professionals by overworking and underpaying them under the guise of “learning” and “growth". the CEO manipulates interns into believing they’re gaining invaluable experience from a "visionary" and "leader in employee retention" while actually trying to create cult-like loyalty in order to use them as cheap labor. interns and sr. associates do the majority of the actual work for very, very little pay, and are often manipulated into taking on more work than they can handle. if the CEO truly was a visionary and a leader in employee retention, he would implement the same practices that he recommends to clients. instead, his very own workplace has high turnover, terrible benefits, questionable finances, and employees are overworked and underpaid. he doesn't even realize the ways in which he's manipulative, gaslighting, and misogynistic.
