The office is newly renovated, the building has a cafeteria, free shuttles to the office from White Plains station for commuters, as well as a gym and other amenities. The company offers competitive benefits and compensation, free dental and vision (for employee only), medical with a more than fair contribution from the employer and a small contribution from the employee. 401k enrollment as well. The office environment is super friendly and everyone is kind and welcoming. The team works hard but plays hard, too. It's a great place to work. It's a successful and growing company.
Cons
I suppose if you're allergic to dogs, the owner's super cute dog can be seen padding through the halls. He's a certified support animal though so he never barks, is friendly, and stays out of the way. I would also wager that someone who wants strict structure might feel out of place here.
I enjoyed the girls in the office that I worked with daily. Pay was very good in the end before I moved away.
Cons
Never felt appreciated. Management has no clue how to talk to employees. Very degrading. Especially when you didn't fulfill your appointments for your sales reps. One piece of advice for management: don't talk to people like they're idiots. And pay for holidays, sick leave and at least one week of vacation. Call centers are notorious for having a high turn-over. If you do this, some of your staff may stay longer despite the fact we were completely ignored when the sales reps came into town.
