There are always positions available due to the huge number of unhappy at the company. The only pro is a paycheck. If you want to enjoy your job this is definitely NOT the place to be
Cons
Employee handbook is subject to interpretation by each and every department manager, not he same for all. I personally was singled out daily by some wench who got a promotion and decided she didn't like me. My time there was hell from the time I clocked in until the time I clocked out hearing almost daily "we're not picking on you and everyone I supervise is treated exactly the same. Got home every single day with a headache due to the bs you have to put up with. If anyone is thinking about working for them I would advise you don't. Employees don't stay long. They have a revolving door policy.
