Pros

They seemed nice at first. Lots of the lower level employees are very friendly. The founder of the company, Robin Shapiro, is a visionary, but the CEO and VP's are clueless.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, terrible technology infrastructure, discriminatory work environment (unless you are old and republican), No work-life balance, everyone is packed into tight little cubes, company tries to get you to sell its services through your own family members like Cutco knives. They make money by talking patients into letting their personal, often very sad health stories be sold to pharmaceutical executives. They pick and choose the ones with the most value to big pharma companies, while telling patients that its about letting them "share your story".

Great advocates, horrible management

Pros

Get to work with advocates/patients that are incredibly nice and want to make an impact. Get to hear their stories and be inspired by them. Team members are nice and we all mutually understand how frustrating management is and the lack of understanding of our jobs. Unlimited PTO, great benefits. The downside is that yoga hard to find someone to cover for you.

Cons

-3rd and 4th quarter is awfully busy as the clients want to spend all their money. Reverba wants to keep that money so they always say yes and never seem to realize that they are understaffed and their staff cannot keep up with the work without overworking themselves and dreading coming into work. - they start to “trim” the fat in the last two quarters and let go of people. They ask you if you could cover for the loss of staff, but you are not given the opportunity to say no. -they let go of people without already hiring new ones so we are all left scrambling. -when you ask for a raise, it’s like asking for a kidney. -bad training. On top of dealing with the mess and the last two quarters, they ask you to train people along with dealing with your overflowing amount of work — unclear responsibilities of the job position. - to summarize it, their poor planning should be considered an emergency for you. If you thrive with poor management, this place is for you.
