There are very less reasons to work in revite, firstly the salaries are credited on time, then the working works are very flexible as they only provide WFH. The managers are very friendly and supportive.
Cons
The company is UK based and doesn't have an office in India, so the company provides WFH without providing their own system. one has to use their own system to work. Revite doesn't have the proper working structure, an structural engineer can get the manager from an architectural stream, which affects the work quality of the employee. The work they do is mostly of beautification of the existing structures, so less exposure to learning. One can be terminated any time without any valid reason from here with 1 month's notice.
